Regularly we build completely new and reconditioned chassis for Citroën 2CV's. This time we made a cool timelapse of the process. Watch our mechanics Antoni and Sjoerd assemble the rolling chassis (about a complete day of labour).<br /><br />A rolling chassis is always build with:<br />- reconditioned engine<br />- reconditioned gearbox<br />- completely new braking system<br />- new wheel bearings and suspension arm bearings<br />- new fuel systems<br />- powdercoated engine cooling panels<br />- stainless steel exhaust system<br />- and many other small improvements over the original!
