Dramatic footage shows water cascading over the side of mountains after a storm drain overflowed following heavy rain in the Philippines. <br /><br />The powerful torrent of water came from a small village on the hills of San Mateo in Rizal, Philippines on August 12. <br /><br />Residents had to flee for their lives after their homes were hit by the deluge, which had spilled over from the hamlet's storm drainage system.
