A tragic and shocking scene occured when a billboard collapsed on top of pedestrians, killing three, in Shanghai, eastern China last Sunday (August 12).<br /><br />The CCTV clip shows the billboard suddenly falling down, striking several pedestrians.<br /><br />Dozens of police officers rushed to lift the billboard together to rescue the people hit.<br /><br />According to reports, three died and six injured. The case was being investigated by police.
