According to Gizmodo, pets are becoming serious victims of the U.S. Opioid crisis.<br />In a survey conducted by the University of Colorado, and public health researcher, Liliana Tenney a surprising 13% of veterinarians said that they had encountered a client who appeared to injure their pets, or make them seemed injured in order to obtain opioids.<br />The survey went on to suggest that Vets may underestimate the risk of opioids ending up in the wrong hands. <br />
