A herd of elephants was captured swimming in a monsoon-swollen flooded river in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.<br /><br />The footage, captured on August 8, shows the elephants holding trunks above the water as they move along the river. <br /><br />The clip was filmed in Katarnia village near the Indian border with Nepal.
