<br /> According to Reuters, a man in Clearwater Florida was charged with Manslaughter on Monday, after he fatally shot another man over a parking spot in July.<br />The alleged shooter, Michael Drejka, white, shot Markeis McGlockton, black, after a shouting match where McGlockton pushed Drejka to the ground.<br />Drejka, citing Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law said he felt his life was threatened and drew his licensed concealed handgun, shooting McGlockton in the chest.<br />It is unclear if Drejka has retained a lawyer or is still in custody. <br />
