The cyclist that died after being hit by a lorry on a road in central London has been named as the Queen's doctor.<br /><br />Dr Peter Fisher was involved in a collision in High Holborn at about 9.30am local time on Wednesday.<br /><br />He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.<br /><br />Dr Fisher, who was 67, worked as the Queen's physician for more than 35 years.
