Good morning, it's forecast to be a hot and humid day with showers in some of regions in the east and south. <br /><br /> Let's talk about the heat first. It was one steamy National Liberation Day in Seoul yesterday at a high of 38 degrees Celsius, readings will go down a bit today while a heavy rain advisory is in place for parts of the Gyeongsang-do and Jeollado provinces and Jeju Island. <br /><br /> Gyeongju is under a heavy rain warning with up to 120 millimeters... the other regions in the east and south could see 10 to 80 millimeters of showers throughout the day while<br /><br /> Rain affected areas could see temperatures going down a bit. Morning lows in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju and Jeju at 27 degrees Celsius. <br /><br /> Daily highs in Seoul and Gwangju will be 34 degrees so it won't be as unbearable as yesterday, while Daegu and Busan could breathe little better.
