<p>A drone from the California Air National Guard was deployed in a bid to support firefighters battling wildfires in northern California.</p><p>This video shows the MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft, which can fly for up to 24 hours</a> daily, taking off from March Air Reserve Base in California on August 1.</p><p>The National Guard hopes the drone can provide a real-time look of the fires, a spokesperson for the Defense Visual Information Distribution Services said.</p><p>The California wildfires have continued to devastate the state.
