A new rumor is afloat that Tom Cruise may star as Green Lantern in the DC Comics universe.<br />Rumor website Crazy Days and Nights states that Cruise won't accept the role as it currently stands.<br />The website alleges that Cruise won't take the role unless the script is changed so that the character doesn't die.<br />A frequent collaborator of Cruise's, Christopher McQuarrie, has also been in talks to join the film.<br />No deal has been announced. <br />
