A giant waterspout was spotted swirling off the coast of northern China on Wednesday.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Cangzhou City in Hebei Province, shows the enormous twister menacing the coastline. <br /><br />An eyewitness can be heard in the video shouting: "It is the largest one we have ever seen. I am scared. Let's run quickly."
