Anthony Anderson is still keeping a low profile since being accused of assault by an unnamed woman who catered for the ‘Black-ish’ star last year.<br /><br /><br /><br />The Hollywood star – who turned 48 on August 15th - vehemently denied the claim, but still has not been seen in public since the allegation was made and has seemingly fled his LA home. <br /><br /><br /><br />The alleged victim filed a report with the Hollywood Division of Los Angeles Police Department earlier in 2018.<br /><br /><br /><br />The LAPD has confirmed that a criminal investigation is underway, but Anderson protested his innocence in a statement, which read: “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report, whether it is true or false. The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter. Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim.”<br /><br />
