South Korea says it's going to cover the cost of running the inter-Korean joint liaison office.<br /> Some three million U.S. dollars will come from the nation's Inter-Korean Cooperation Fund.<br />Renovations have been underway at the Kaesong Industrial Complex since early July... with the aim of opening the joint liaison office within this month.<br />Once operational, it should enable person-to-person contact between officials from across the border. <br />
