Do try this recipe at home and share your experience in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />For Premix<br />1 tbsp Cashew powder<br />2 tbsp Melon seeds powder<br />3 tbsp Milk powder<br />1 ½ tsp Roasted Maida<br />1 ½ tbsp Onion powder<br />1 tsp Garlic powder<br />1 tsp Sugar<br />1 tsp Salt<br />½ tsp Garam Masala<br />¼ tsp Cardamom powder<br /><br />For tempering;<br />1 tsp Oil<br />2 Cardamoms<br />4 Black peppercorns<br /><br />For Korma<br />2 cup Milk<br />Premix<br />2 tsp Oil<br />300 gms Mix Vegetables, boiled<br />Pealed Pineapple slices<br />Cashew nuts, fried<br /><br />Method:-<br />For Premix<br />In a bowl add cashew powder, melon seeds powder, milk powder, roasted maida, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt, mix well.<br />Add garam masala, cardamom powder, mix well.<br />Add the tempering, and mix it well.<br />Our Premix is ready.<br /><br />For Tempering:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add cardamoms, black peppercorns and once it starts leaving aroma switch off the gas and let it cool down.<br /><br />For Korma<br />Add milk to the premix, mix well and make a lump-free paste.<br />Heat oil in a vessel add premix, boiled vegetables, pineapple slices and fried cashew. Let it boil for 5 minutes.<br />Our Premix special Navratan Korma is ready.
