'MURICA — According to the CDC, there has been an increase of measles cases this year.<br /><br />The past few years has seen a rise in people who unfortunately think vital vaccinations cause autism, which they don't. <br /><br />Most of the people who got measles were reportedly unvaccinated.<br /><br />Measles includes symptoms such as high fever, red eyes, and a rash that begins on the face.<br /><br />The CDC says the virus is contagious as it stays in the airspace when someone with measles has coughed or sneezed. <br /><br />Ninety percent of the people who aren't immune to the virus will likely become infected.<br /><br />They also recommend getting the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine to prevent measles.<br /><br />The disease is especially unsafe for children under the age of 5 or adults over the age of 20.
