<p>Mercedes “MJ” Javid</a> is doing her best to stay positive as she undergoes IVF. The Shahs of Sunset</a> star spoke with OK! exclusively about the process, describing it as “an emotional roller coaster.”</p><br /><p>“It’s very difficult, because we had a couple of calendars that we were going to be very specifically following with specific target dates, and none of those have panned out yet, so it’s a journey,” MJ admitted.</p><br /><p>Despite the ups and downs, MJ says she and her husband Tommy Feight won’t give up anytime soon. “I am an extraordinarily optimistic human.
