<p>Carrie Underwood has stayed under the radar ever since her horrific accident where she fell on her porch back in November.</p><br /><p>The country singer shared a message with fans at the time, explaining that she “might look a little bit different” after needing 40-50 stitches on her face.</p><br /><p>Now, the 35-year-old has made her first public appearance, when she hit the stage to perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday and she rocked it!</p><br /><p>In an emotional performance, Carrie sang her new single “Cry Pretty,” and received a standing ovation from the crowd.</p><br /><p>The American Idol winner also took home the award for best vocal event of the year for her duet with Keith Urban.</p><br /><p>You can watch her performance in the video above.</p><br /><p>Do you think Carrie’s face looks different?
