<p>Tara Reid does not seem to be doing well lately. Thursday, August 16 she appeared on Today Extra in Australia for an interview to promote Sharknado 6 and she seemed completely out of it. She slurred, stumbled, and squinted. Crew even members laughed in the background!</p><br /><p>The 42-year-old was later caught on the streets of New York, where she didn’t seem any better. Watch a clip above to see the struggling starlet as she walks down the street, dazed and scarily thin! Onlookers said she looked noticeably “out of it.”</p><br /><p>During the interview, the American Pie actress struggled to describe Sharknado 6 in a way that made sense — and not in a fun way. Slurring, she said it’s “beyond… it’s my favorite one. It’s so ridiculous, it’s so bad that it’s good.”</p><br /><p>“It’s just out of control, like, the movie, it… it does, it takes every step to the next level.” There was laughter in the background as the actress flailed.</p><br /><p>Struggling, she continued, “It… it really makes sense. From the first one. It really does it. It makes, like, a complete circle. I do really think it’s gonna be the end.”</p><br /><p>She didn’t seem any better on the street, where she hurried her way to a car. She seemed unsteady on her feet and overwhelmed by the cameras.
