<p>The Indian Coast Guard has continued its efforts to save locals displaced by the flood waters in the southern state of Kerala that have left at least 164 people dead.</p><p>This footage is described as showing the India Coast Guard Disaster & Relief Team No. 22 carrying out rescue operations in Kerala.
