<br /> According to Reuters, the wife of imprisoned Reuters journalist, Wa Lone, gave birth to a baby girl.<br />Lone is currently facing up to 14 years in jail for allegedly violating the colonial-era Official Secrets Act.<br />Wa Lone’s wife gave birth to a baby girl Friday night in a Yangon hospital, and this is the couple’s first child.<br />Wa Lone has been detained for most of the time his wife was pregnant, pleading not guilty to the charges, and insisting he was entrapped by police. <br />
