<p>Police officers in Deception Bay were lucky to escape injury after a stolen Subaru rammed their car multiple times on Friday, August 17, before fleeing the scene, causing extensive damage.</p><p>Queensland police released bodycam footage of the incident.</p><p>A media release</a> said officers spotted the stolen vehicle and parked behind it at an address in Bailey Road. The Subaru reversed at speed into the vehicle four times and drove away.</p><p>Officers used tyre deflation devices, according to the report, and punctured all four tyres as the car escaped; the vehicle stopped shortly afterwards and the two occupants, believed to be women, escaped on foot.</p><p>Police were urging anyone with information to come forward.
