Do give it a try and share your experience in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Preheat the oven at 180°C<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Cashew paste<br />1 cup Cashews, soaked<br />Water as required<br /><br />For Vegan Cheese Spread<br />Cashew paste<br />Salt <br /><br />For Mixture<br /> Vegan Cheese Spread<br />1 tbsp Garlic, grated<br />1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped<br />3 Green Chillies, chopped<br /><br />For Chilli Cheese Toast<br />2 Bread Slices <br />Olive Oil<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Cashew paste<br />In a mixer jar add cashew nuts, water and grind it into a fine paste.<br />Remove the paste into a glass jar, cover it with a cap lightly and keep it aside to ferment for 8 hours.<br /><br />For Vegan Cheese Spread<br />In a bowl add cashew paste, salt and mix well.<br />Our Vegan cheese spread is ready.<br /><br />For Mixture<br />In a bowl containing cheese spread add garlic, capsicum, green chillies, mix well and our mixture is ready.<br /><br />For Chilli Cheese Toast<br />Take bread slices, grease it with olive oil, spread the mixture, and move it to the baking rack. Bake it inside a preheated oven for around 8 minutes. Our Chilli Cheese Toast is done and ready.<br />
