이총리 "우리 사회 구조적 문제 해결 못 해…큰 책임 느껴"<br /><br /> The government failed to resolve the country's chronic societal problems, which have further deteriorated this year.<br /> That's coming from Seoul's Prime Minister while addressing a parliamentary committee on budget and accounts.<br />He pointed out, despite efforts to effectively manage last year's budget,...the government was unable to improve structural issues including unemployment, income inequality and the low birth-rate.<br />Lee Nak-yeon said, he felt personally responsible for the lack of progress on these fronts, and invited lawmakers to fire away their questions on how the budget was spent last year.<br />The PM added, the government will take it as a lesson learned and strive to resolve economic issues. <br />
