Almost all of southern Wisconsin was put under a flash flood watch on Monday afternoon (August 20) as heavy rain pelted down in the city.<br /><br />This video, shared to Facebook by Davia Di Mattia, shows the flooding situation along High Point Road and Old Sauk Road.<br /><br />Madison police said that the department had received reports of flooding at over 40 intersections from commuters.<br /><br />Warnings were in place overnight Monday into Tuesday morning, with more rain expected throughout the evening.
