Flooding caused severe traffic disruption throughout Kyiv on Saturday (August 19).<br /><br />The clip shows drivers sitting on the roof of their cars stranded in the middle of a flooded road. <br /><br />Shopping centres and underground stations were also affected by the flooding. <br /><br />Power cuts were reported in several neighbourhoods of the city.
