<p>A rocket attack targeted the presidential palace in Kabul, Afghanistan, during a televised speech by President Ashraf Ghani to mark Eid al-Adha on August 21. There were also reports of rockets landing in other parts of the city.</p><p>Najib Danish, a spokesman with the interior ministry, told Tolo News that rockets landed in four different areas of the city.</p><p>In the live broadcast, Ghani was seen continuing to deliver his speech as explosions could be heard in the background.
