The International Atomic Energy Agency says it has NOT found any indication that North Korea has halted its nuclear activities.<br /> The UN's nuclear watchdog said in a report published this week that continued development of the North's nuclear program and related statements by the regime cause grave concern.<br />As IAEA inspectors are not allowed into the country,... the agency explained its knowledge on the regime's nuclear program is limited and declining. <br />The report will be submitted to the IAEA's board next month. <br />
