Meanwhile in other bad news for Venezuela, the country's northern coast has been rocked by a powerful 7.3-magnitude earthquake.<br /> It struck late Tuesday afternoon, local time, some 40 kilometers east of the city of Carupano.<br />The tremor could be felt more 600 kilometers away in the Caracas, where people were evacuated from buildings.<br />A tsunami warning has been issued along the Caribbean coast.<br />As of yet, there are no reports of damage or casualties. <br />
