Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has indicated that at least two floors of the controversial grand manor hotel built next to the American Embassy will have to be demolished.<br />The governor said the investor, Praful Kumar violated the city by-laws regarding constructions in Gigiri.<br />He has further defended his action of secretly recording conversations between him and Praful, saying it was one way of obtaining evidence of corrupt deals.
