A blaze has broken out at an oil refinery in Cheshire after a reported explosion.<br /><br />Flames and thick black smoke are seen rising into the sky above Essar Oil’s 20,000-barrel refinery in Ellesmere Port this afternoon (August 22).<br /><br />Fire engines from five locations are on the scene, Cheshire fire service said.
