<br /> According to Refinery29, Facebook is cracking down on fake pages and accounts for “coordinated inauthentic behavior.”<br />The social media giant announced that it has removed over 600 fake pages and accounts that have targeted Americans, Latin Americans and those in the UK and Middle East.<br />Facebook said that their investigation into these accounts started as a tip from a cybersecurity firm called, FireEye, and has determined that these accounts and activities originated in Iran and Russia. <br />
