This dog is one energetic pup – his tail never stops wagging.<br /><br />The video, shared to Twitter by Lana Preston, shows her dog Sam lying down on the grass and playing excitedly with a stick.<br /><br />"I wonder if a 11/12yr old springer's tail energy can be utilised somehow," Preston joked on Twitter. "Every stick elicits the same effect!"
