Do share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Sugar Syrup<br />1 ½ cup Water<br />2 ½ cup Sugar<br />Saffron<br />¼ tsp Green Cardamom powder<br /><br />For Gulab Jamun<br />2 cups Hariyali Mawa<br />3 tbsp Milk powder<br />3 tbsp Arrowroot powder<br />¼ cup All-Purpose Flour<br />Ghee for frying<br /><br /><br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Sugar Syrup<br />In a vessel containing water, add sugar, cook it until it forms one thread consistency.<br />After switching off the flame add few strands of saffron, green cardamom powder, mix well.<br /><br />For Gulab Jamun<br />In a add hariyali mawa, milk powder, arrarot powder, all purpose flour, knead it into a dough.<br />Heat ghee in a vessel, make small balls of the mixture and fry them.<br />Transfer it to the sugar syrup directly after straining the ghee.<br />Transfer the gulab jamuns into a serving bowl and keep it aside for 2 hours.
