An eleven-year-old tourist captured the incredible moment a cheetah launched an attack on a group of gazelles in Tanzania.<br /><br />Thijs van der Ven, from the Netherlands, tracked the big cat as it pounced on its prey in the Serengeti National Park. <br /><br />The cheetah's tail can be seen in the well-shot footage whipping left and right as the animal changes direction at speed.<br /><br />"I made this video this July in central Serengeti. This kill was made by a female cheetah, her cubs were just nearby," said Thijs.<br /><br />The footage was captured on July 27.
