<p>A tropical depression brought heavy rains and flash flooding to the southern Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung on August 23 and 24.</p><p>This footage shows the torrential rain from a site near the Sun Yat-sen Freeway in Kaohsiung’s Luzhu district.</p><p>According to Taiwan News</a> and Taipei Times</a>, five tankers ran aground off of Kaohsiung’s coast due to the storm.
