This is the moment two thieves on motorbikes snatched a mobile phone from a man's hand as he was talking on it. <br /><br />The footage shows the victim, Sukchain Singh, talking on his handset by the side of Sultanwind Road road in Amritsar, India on August 11. <br /><br />Two men on a motorbike pass by him and snatch the phone before speeding away.<br /><br />Police officer Amarbeer Kumar, who is probing the incident, said there were clues about the two men from the CCTV footage.<br /><br /> “They will be arrested soon,” he said. <br /><br />Residents of Amritsar have been complaining for some time about the rising incidence of phone thefts.
