Top court's 'comfort women' decision ranked as 'most meaningful': Survey

Korea's Constitutional Court celebrated its 30th anniversary on Sunday.<br />It's the body that has ultimate say on whether the actions of the government are constitutional.<br />And for the occasion, it comissioned an online poll asking South Koreans what they think is the most meaningful decision the Court ever made.<br />Twenty-four percent chose a ruling from 2011 on the so-called "comfort women" issue.<br /> In that decision, the court said the Korean government's failure to use diplomatic means to resolve the issue of Japan's sexual enslavement of Korean women during World War Two was unconstitutional.<br />The second-most meaningful decision, respondents said, was the impeachment of two former presidents -- Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye.<br />And third was the court's ruling against having an upper age limit on who can take the civil service exam. <br />
