On Sunday, the nation's Constitutional Court, the body that has ultimate say on whether specific government actions are constitutional...celebrated its 30th anniversary.<br /> To mark the occasion, it comissioned an online poll asking citizens to choose the most meaningful decision the Court ever made.<br />Twenty-four percent chose a 2011 ruling on the wartime sex slavery issue... deciding that... the government's failure to use diplomatic means to resolve the matter was unconstitutional.<br />Runner-up was 2 presidential impeachments -- Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye.<br />Coming in third was the ruling against age limit on taking the civil service exam. <br />
