According to The Wrap, a CBS stockholder sued the network and its top executives due to a drop in the company's share price.<br />Gene Samit sued CBS on behalf of others, and intends to make the case a class-action lawsuit.<br />Samit filed the suit for anyone who purchased CBS stock between February 14, 2014 and July 27, 2018.<br />Towards the end of July, CBS began an investigation into CEO Leslie Moonves for accusations of sexual harassment, which led to a decline in CBS's stock price. <br />
