Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu has dismissed the need for his aide to go on leave pending a MACC investigation.<br /><br />Yesterday, Malaysiakini reported that Amanah leaders are expected to raise the issue at a leadership meeting next month, and press for the aide to go on leave.<br /><br />MACC is investigating the aide's bankruptcy status being settled, with payments amounting to RM800,000 being made by various quarters several days after Mohamad was sworn in as defence minister.
