More than 370 arrests were made at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival, police have said.<br /><br />Filmed yesterday (August 27) at 1:30pm shows a number of police officers detaining men outside a Caffe Nero on Westbourne Grove. <br /><br />Local media said that the total number of arrests made during the event, 373, is up from the figure of 313 made in 2017.<br /><br />Notting Hill Carnival describes itself as Europe's biggest street festival.
