Two women riding a motorcycle were confronted by another rider for leaving their trash and trying to ride away. <br /><br />The incident happened on August 12 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. <br /><br />The owner of the home where CCTV captured the brazen littering said it was ''lucky'' his brother was passing by at the same time.<br /><br />He added: ''The guy in the motorcycle who called them out is my brother. He was just teaching the youngsters a lesson. He saw it, and he corrected them. But he did not receive an apology from them for throwing the garbage in front of our house.''
