It will weaken the soil. When more rain falls, it is likely to cause mudslides."<br /><br /> The safety ministry said that Tuesday's heavy thunderstorm and strong winds caused one death and two injuries in Seoul.<br /><br />More than 760 cases of flooding were reported in Seoul, Daejeon and Gyeonggi-do Province and 41 households were evacuated nationwide.<br /><br /> Several roads were blocked due to floods, and landslide advisories were issued in the country's mountainous areas.<br /><br />Residents are advised to brace for possible damage as more rain is expected this week.<br />Yoon Jung-min, Arirang News. <br />
