Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />1 Tomato, chopped<br />Potatoes smashed<br />1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder<br />1 ½ tsp Salt<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />2 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl containing mashed potatoes add onion-tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt, mix well.<br />Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, let it change color and add the potato mixture, mix well.<br />Close the lid and cook it for 15-20 minutes on low flame.<br />Pour some oil at the border, close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.<br />Our Lasooni Batata is ready, let's plate it and garnish it with coriander leaves.
