British fruit farmers say they face a bleak future and are struggling to find pickers to harvest crops - because of Brexit.<br /><br />The industry has always relied on a foreign workforce and without guaranteed migrant labour when Britain leaves the EU - farmers fear fruit will be left to rot in the fields.<br /><br />Jeremy Best, the owner of Mitchell Fruit Garden, is among those to rely on Czech workers and says that he cannot 'find any Brits' to do the job.<br /><br />He said the problem was compounded by the falling value of the pound, which has encouraged migrants to labour in other countries not affected by Brexit.
