<p>Passengers aboard a Cebu Pacific flight at Francisco Bangoy International Airport in the Philippines were left teary-eyed as their pilot, Captain Rizalino Irizari, gave a heartfelt retirement speech.</p><p>The flight was Captain Irizari’s last as he was retiring.
