<p>Powerful storms swept across south central Wisconsin on Tuesday, August 28, including a possible tornado. Power lines and trees were downed, flooding prompted water rescues, and at least one person was reported dead</a> in the storms.</p><p>This video shows the wind and rain at Metcalf Lake Tuesday afternoon. The uploader of this video said about 15 trees were down across her quarter-mile-long driveway, the power was out, and that she was requesting help on local Facebook groups.</p><p>The possible tornado was reported</a> just east of this area, in Fond du Lac and Green Lake Counties. At Merrimac Ferry Landing, a man drove into the lake Tuesday night believing the road continued, local media reported</a>. A woman who was a passenger in the car escaped and swam to shore.</p><p>Elsewhere, flooding prompted evacuations</a> in La Valle and Reedsburg, and a boy was rescued</a> after being swept away in a flooded drainage ditch in the Village of Harrison.
