Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says a deal on the North American Free Trade Agreement could be reached ahead of his U.S. counterpart's Friday deadline.<br /> His comments on Wednesday came as trade officials from the two countries resumed talks on NAFTA. <br /><br /> "………..We recognize that there is a possibility of getting there by Friday, but it is only a possibility, because it will hinge on whether or not there is ultimately a good deal for Canada. I said from the very beginning - No NAFTA deal is better than a bad NAFTA deal.………"<br /><br /> The negotiations came after the U.S. and Mexico made a tentative trade deal, which President Trump threatened to make bilateral if Canada was not on board with the revised trade terms. <br />
