The Kenya National Union of Teachers, KNUT has shelved the proposed nationwide teacher’s strike that was to take effect on 1st of September.<br /><br />KNUT Secretary General Wilson Sossion clarified that the teachers’ industrial action had been put on hold pending on-going negotiations with the employer.
