Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has rubbished speculation that he is going to resign from the cabinet.<br /><br />He raised this at a media briefing on the sales and services tax (SST) at Putrajaya today when asked if it is it true that Tabung Harapan will cease operation on Sept 30.
